All Without Resexve. ■JIT'LANDRESS, HEPBURN, and CO. -"-■• are instructed by the Mortgagee to sell by auction, on the premises, at Winding Creek, Switzera, on Thursday, the 4th March, at 12, o'clock, 1. 50 ACRES LAND, more or less, being section numbered 1 on the map of the Wendan District, intersected by a road 300 links wide, fronting the main road to Switzers, and within 3 miles of the township. The land is partly fenced and divided into paddocks, and under cultivation. A large garden, well stocked with fruit trees and shrubs, and securely fenced, is also on the ground. 2. ACTON'S HOTEL AND STORE, with all the Outhouses, Stables, &c, &c. 3. AU that GOLD MINE, known as "Acton's Wheel Claim," held under certificates of Registration, No. 755, Nokomai District, dated 4th July, 1865, and therein described as an extended claim of three acres, situated in the flat and on the site of the old Perseverance Claim ; together with tail race held under Certificate 2,466, Nokomai District, dated 26th August, 1867, and therein described as 500 yards in length, and commencing at Acton's" Wheel Claim and terminating^ the junction of the Argyie Burn, forty feet in the clear. 4. AU that WATER RACE held under License No. 658, Nokomai District, dated sth July, 1806, renewed by License' No. 2153, of same district, of date 4th July, 1867,' and further renewed by License No. 2^58 of game district, of date 4th July, 1868, and in the said licenses described as being three miles in length, commencing at Rocky Creek, and terminating at Acton's Flat, right hand branch of Winding Creek, for four sluice heads of water. 5. All that WATER RACE, held under License No. 2180, Nokomai bistrict, of date 4th July, 1867, marked as renewal of 657, 5, 7, 66, and renewed by License No. 2360, dated 4th July, 1868, and in the said licenses described as six miles in length, commencing at the Bush at the head of Winding Creek, and terminating half-way between Acton's House and Pig-and- Whistle Flat, for six heads of water. • 6. All that WATER RACE held under License No. 832, Tuapeka District, dated 17th April, 1867, renewed by License No 2357, Nokomai District, dated 16th April, 1&58 ; and also, by License No. 2351, Nokomai District, dated 13th May, 1868, arid in the said license described as one mile in length, commencing at" a point one and a half mile above Acton's Store, and terminating at his store, and in the said last-mentioned License described as one mile in length, commencing at half a mile above Acton's Hotel, and terminating just below the Hotel, for three sluice heads. 7. AU that WATER RACE held under License No. 2166, dated May 16th, 1867, Nokomai District, renewed by License No. 2359, dated May 16th, 1868, same district, and in the said Licence described as six miles in length, commencing at the head streams of the Waikaka, and terminating in Acton's Head Race, No. 657, near his house, for four sluice heads. 8. All that WATER RACE held under License No. 2165, Nokomai District, dated 20th May, 1867, and renewed by License No. 2361 of same' district, dated 20th May, 1868, and in" 'the 6aid License described as six miles in'length, commencing 'at a Gully opposite Mr. Swan's Store-house in the' Ofcama Gorge, arid terminating at the head of Head Race 6:57, near Acton's hduse, for, two heads of water. 9. All thatDAl^E or WATER RESER- ( VOIR held under cex-tificate No. ' GB3, Nokomai District, dated 7th November, 1867, an( i therein described as about 100 yards in width, and situated at Acton's Gully. 10. All that DAM or WATER RESERVOIR held under certificate No. 2474, Nokomai District, dated 26fch August, 1867., and therein de- \ scribed as yards in length, and \ situated at the heads of Winding \ Creek and the Waikaka.
