Acceptances, with two guineas, together with sweepstakes of two guineas, to be received by Secretary before 10 p.m. on Monday, loth February, 1869. Distance, 2 mile*. Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. * All diapntea, claims, and objections i arising out of the racing shall be decided j by the Stewards, or whoever they nuay \ appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the, I Programme shall ba final. No person shall be allowed to enter or j run a horse for any race in this programme ! Entrance money, enclosed with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of tha horse, and namo of owner and colors of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in tho colors entered, will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses. : Horses walking over will receive 60 per cent, of tho stakes. !
