MAIDEN PLATE, of 30 soys. ; entrance, 2 guineas ; weight for age ; distance, one and a half mile. For all horses , that never won an advertised prize exceeding £10. DISTRICT HANDICAP, of 60 soys., with a sweepstake of 2 soys. each ; the second horse to receive amount accruing from the sweepstakes. Nominations, with two guineas enclosed, to be received by the Secretary up to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, 10th Feb. The weights to be declared in the "Daily Times" on 13th February. Acceptances, with two guineas, together with sweepstakes of two guineas, to be received by Secretary before 10 p.m. on Monday, loth February, 1869. Distance, 2 miles. HANDICAP TROTTING RACE, of 30 soys. ; distance, three miles; entrance, 2 soys. Optional saddle or harness. No weight under lOst. 111 b. MINERS' PURSE, of 20 soys. ; mile heats ; weight for age. All horses in this race must be the bond fide pro1 "perty of a working miner three months previous to the race. Entrance, 2 sors. Post entries. SECOND DAY. LADIES' PURSE, of 25 sovs.; entrance, 3 soys. ; gentlemen .riders ; welter weights ; distance, two miles. TOWN PLATE, of 100 soys, second horse to receive 10 eovs. out of stakes ; distance, three miles ; weight for age ; entrance, 5 guineas. ' HURDLE RAPE, of 30 soys. ; welter weights ;' distance, 3 miles ; over nine flight of hurdles three and a half feet high ; entrance, 2 guineas. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 16 soys., for all beaten horses ; distance,one and a half miles ; entrance, 1 soy. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and Geldings allowed 31b. AH disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points with the carrying out of the Programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the bond fide property of a subscriber to the Race Fund of not less than two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, Peel-street, Lawrence, «p to 9 p.m. on Wednesday ,-4?th- February.
