For laying down the above Posts and Rails on the boundary line between Mr. Smith's Run, isTo. 123, and Bellamy Run, No. 137— say from Evans' Flat, near Tuapeka, to the Molyneux River. 3rd. For the erection (labor only) of about seven miles of Fence, on the boundary line above mentioned — say Manuka Posts, Strainers, and Top Rails, with five wires, and ditch and sod. Specifications to be seen at Messrs B. Ilibbard and Co .'s, Tokomairiro ; Messrs. Driver, Maclean, and Co,'s, Dunedin ; and at Bellamy Station, where, respectively, tenders may be lodged up to 16th October.
