Thnrsday, 17th September. Gascoigne v. Rae.- -Claim, £10, as damages for non-fuliilment of contract, Evidence on both sides having heen heard, verdict was given for defendant, with costs. O'Neil v. Tully.;— Claim, £3 155., being the price of a cask of beer which plaintiff sold tq defendant, who denied eyer having received the ale. Plaintiff asked for an adjournment for fourteen days, to enable him to procure the attendance of the drayman who had delivered the beer, which was granted,
