For all horses beaten during the Meeting. Distance, one mile. Catch Weights. Post Entry. RULES AND REGULATIONS. In case of disputes, the decision of th« Stewards shall bo final. No person will be, allowed to enter" or run a horse, unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber of one guinea to the Race Fund. Two races open to all comers, viz., Coal Creek Purse and Mount Benger Plate. The other races will be confined to horses being the bona fide property, for three months previous to this Meeting, of residents within the Mount Benger. District. Five per cent, will be deducted from all winnings, for expenses. All dogs trespassing on the course will be destroyed, without respect of ownership.
