Court of Tuapeka District, it was decreed^.that the Mining Partnership existing between David Reea, John M'lntyre, and John Lanney, all of Tuapeka Flat, should be dissolved, and that a certain Head Race, t-> wit, that registered under Water Titfedufie, numbered 485, bearing date October 29, 1866 (which said License was . renewed under Water License numbered 1194, bearing dats October 29, 1|6|), and alae-any mining claim or clarois^m^ which" the said -parties are interested, should bo sold for the mutual benefit (according to their "respective interests) of the said David Rees, John M'lntyre, and John Lanney: And whereas I, the undersigned, have been appointed by th© Warden, tho Receiver, for the porpom of carrying, out said, order, and* receiving the proceed* of the sale ordered therein: This ii to Givb N<mCß, that such sale of said properties enumerated above is ordered to take place at the Sale Room of Mr. M. Hay, Lawrence, on Wednesday, the 19th day of August, 1808, at the hour of 12 o'clock a.m. ; and all persons who haye lodged; in the Warden's Office at Lawrence, particulars of their claims against the said Water Races and Mining Claims of the said David Rees, John M'lntyre, and John Lanney, are requested to meet at the Warden's Office, Lawrence, at three •o'clock on the afternoon of the day of sale before referred to, for the purpose of establishing such claims.
