Maitland, Esq., R.M., James Leven was brought up in. custody,, charged with having, in September or October, 1867, stolen a red bull- • calf, the property of Andrew M'Laren, of Milton. Evidence having been aifciced'in support of the charge, Sergea^Veidner applied for a remand till Momday next, to enable him to bring the witnesses in the case forward. Remand granted.
