Satubday, 27th Jttne. Chames Root Redden v. Hoiteyohamp Airo Parts: — Claim £10, damages sustained by plaintifl. on account of defendants blocking up and interfering with, the course of the creek. After evidence was heard on both sides, the assessors after two minutes consideration gave their verdict — viz., that the damage was done through natural causes. Verdict for defendants, plaintiff to pay the costs of assessors, and of Court.
