ARRIVAL OF THE RAKAIA AT WELLINGTON WITH THE ENGLISH MAIL VIA PANAMA.

(Condensed from the "Daily Times.") Wellington, 9 a.m. The s.s. Rakaia, with the English Mail, arrived at three o'clock on Tuesday morning. She left Panama on the 24th May ; had no communication with Opara ; she experienced severe Jiead winds.
