Sir, — In reply to the letter of "A Petty Subscriber to the Fund," in your last week's issue, allow me to state that, any person deshing information upon the subject will be supplied with all particulars relative to the amount subscribed, .the amount expended, and all other information I can convey in reference to the matter.
