Boland.— Mr. Keen sued Boland for the sum of £5, being balance of account for professional services rendered, the plaintiff and defendant, and another witness being «raminea. The Magistrate stated that itwao duly proved that a contract had been entered Into, He would therefore give verdict for plaintiff for amount sued, and ooits of Court.
