(Before Major Croker, R.M. ) Monday, 18th Mat. Gbeenslade & Co. v. Buchannan.— This was a claim for £2 175., for goods sold and delivered. The defence was, that some of the goods were over charged, and some charged which were not delivered. The items disputed were pointed out. Verdict for plaintiff; costs divided. Casey v. Bioxham. — Bloxham was bronght before the Court, on the information of Casey, for that he did, on the Bth current, enter Casey's claim, and violently flourish a shovel over his (Casey's) head, and threaten to expel him from the claim. There being an informality in the first information, Bloxham being named there as Henry, instead of Samuel, the information was amended. The evidence being heard, the case was dismissed. Titbner. v. Pakkee. — Thia was an action to recovey certain property belonging to Turner, said to be the property of Parker, value, £4 17s. Parker pled a set-off to the amount of £10 25.. The evidence being heard in both cases, both were dismissed. Wednesday, 20th Mai. William Casey was brought up for being drunk and disorderly at Wetherstones. Fined five shillings and costs of Court, or twenty-four hours imprisonment with hard labor. Patrick Docherty was charged with being drunk and disorderly at Waitahuna on the evening of Friday, the 15th. He was remanded, to enable the doctor to give an opinion as to his sanity. Discharged 1
