Lord Derby resigned the Premiership on 25th February, Disraeli is Premier ; I^ord Cairns, Lord Chancellor ; Mr. G. W, Hunt, Chancellor of the Exchequer, An address to the Queen, signed by 22,600 loyal Irishmen in England, has been presented. The Scotch Reform Bill, giving only five new members, is very unpopular in Scotland.
