FINE CONCERT WILL BE GIVEN TO-NIGHT AT CONCERT HALL.

The third of the series of very fine concerts which the famous British singers. Miss Amy Evans and Mr Fraser Gange, are giving at the New Concert Hall will take place to-night, and Mr E. J. Gravestock announces that an extra one will be given on Monday evening next. These artists are both paramount in their sphere, and to students of singing their visit is of immense importance, quite apart from the pleasure their art and personality give to their hearers in the mass. A fine programme has been arranged for to-night’s concert. Miss Evans will sing “Chere Nuit” (Bachelet), “Lullaby” (Frederick Keel), “Trees” (Rasbach), “Pack Clouds Away” (Arthur Bergh), “Cradle Song” (Kreisler), “My Dearest Heart” (Sullivan), “A Brown Bird Singing” (Haydn Wood) and the duet with i Mr Gange, “Trot Here and There,” from “Veronique.” Mr Gange will sing “Why Do the Nations?” from ■‘the “Messiah,” “The Wraith” (Schubert), “Spring Night” (Schumann), “Ich Grolle Nicht” (Schumann), “Roadways” (Samuel Lewis), “The Call of Love” (Kramer), “Love is a Babel” (C. 11. 11. Parry), etc. Miss Enid Conley, the popular young pianist, wili play Concert Study in D Flat (Liszt) and “Seguidilla” (Albeniz). The box plans are at The Bristol, and. day sales at the San Toy Confectionery.
