DESERTED YACHT SIGHTED, WATERLOGGED.

Par Praas Association. WELLINGTON, January 16. The Secretary of the Post and Telegraph Department has received the following wireless message:—“ll.4 a.m.. Cape Palliser. Bearing N. 77 W. true, ten miles. A yacht, waterlogged, with her mast standing, has been sighted. She is flying the Blue Ensign, jack down, and has a club flag bundled up at the truck. She has yellow painted decks and spars. She is dangerous to navigation. No person is aboard/'
