DUNEDIN, January 15. Advice having been received that the Duke’s visit to Dunedin has been curtailed from two clear days to one, the Mayor, Mr Tapley, M.P., wired the Hon Downie Stewart this morning expressing the public's keen disappointment and stressing the fact that Dunedin should enjoy the same period of visit as the other main cities, and urging the maintenance of the original programme.
