DEATH OCCURS OF LADY KING.

(Special to the “Star.”) WELLINGTON, January 15. The death has occurred of Lady King, wife of Sir Truby King. She had been in bad health for some time, and about ten days ago had a stroke. Therefore her end was not unexpected. She was well enough, however, to enjoy the return of her daughter. Alary, after an overseas, trip. Lady King was a daughter of Mr Adam Miller, of Edinburgh, a well-known and highly respected family. Her work as “Hygieia,” the Plunket Society writer, has been a guide and help to thousands and a great assistance to her husband. Her loss is a national one.
