It is the Government’s intention to proceed with the final section of Parliament Buildings. A protest against the inclusion of a number of additional clauses (of which notice had not been given) in the Municipal Corporations Act Amendment Bill was made in the House by the Prime Minister. The clauses were withdrawn.
