BY-LAW It shall be the duty of the owler of any motor car proceeding ilong any road under the care, :ontrol or management of the Cauranga County Council to naintain at all times a careful vatch for horses or'vehicles' ipproaching, and on being sig- . lalledby any person approachng, either driving or riding, or • Iriving stock, by holding up his land, shall immediately stop men motor-car, and shall not >roceed on his way until such )erson has completely and safely >assed the motor car and all cariages or vehicles attached there--oor connected therewith.
