TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL THE following By-Law, made 8 by the Tauranga County Council is published for general information, and will be strictly enforced:— JNO, H. GRIFFITHS County Clerk. November 7,1913. BY-LAW It shall be the duty of the, owner of any motcr car proceeding along any road under the care, control or'management of the Tauranga County Council lo maintain fit till times acarefil watch for horses or vehicles approaching, and on being signalled by any person approaching, either driving or riding, or driving stock, by holding up his hand, shall immediately stop such motor-car, and shall not proceed on his way until such person has completely and safely passed the motor cur and all carihgesor vehicles attachedthere.to or connected therewith. Every person who shall do or cause to be done or be concerned in doing or omit to do anything required to be done contrary to this by-iaw shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £5.
