Messrs Dalgcly and Co., Ltd., report on the Westfield fat stock sale of Wednesday, October Ist, as follows :~ Beef - An average yarding, and prices about equal to last week. Extra prime ox realised to 32s per 1001b, prime to 30s, ordinary and inferior 26s to 28s, cow and heifer beef ?-ls to 275. Veali-- A full yarding, and prices were about, equal to last week's rates. Heavy runners made up to £3 lUs, others £2 to £215s,Jieavy suckers to £2 ss, light 15s to 355, inferior and sin dl 3s to 15s, Mutton-An average yarding and prices a shade better than late rates. Extra heavy prime wethers made from 28s to 325, prime 275, light and unfinished 20s to 2is, extra heavy owes 29s fid, prime 2Gs Gd, light and unfinished 18s to 21s. Lamb-There was a larger entry, and prices were about the same as last week, Extra heavy lambs made to 255, heavy 18s to 21s, light Ms to 17s. Pork-A large yarding. Prices were the same as late rates. Heavy porkers made from £2' to to £210s, light from 30s to 375, baconers £3 10s, weaners 14s to 20s.
