ROOSEVELT'S ROUGH-RIDERS
TO INVADE MEXICO. New York, July 30. General Colquit, of Texas, asserts that he is in possession of reliable information that exPresident Roosevelt is organising four regiments of cavalry with the object of invading Mexico if war breaks out with the United States. The Government declares that the Department of State is. fully informed of Col. Roosevelt's action.
