Acceptances and General Entry Night : Thursday, April 9. , No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections, arising out of the racing, shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 33ovs, or neglecting to declare his colours at time of entry. When two or three horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must fee worn. Any ptrsoa neglecting this rule to be fined 2sovs. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Sec. or Clerk of Scales one half-hour before the official time for starting. Any persona neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding ssovs to the Race Fund. WINTER MEETING, Queen's Birthday, May 24.
