You are the queen of lovers plenty — Sweet little maid with laughing eyes, O, what are ten ? or what are twenty, So they but tell you lovers' lies ? But if you're true, my little maiden, One fonrl heart is enough for you ; Only one in a life-time cometh, Dear little maid, who's pure and true. You are Hie queen, my little maiden, Sweet dimple chin and laughing eves, Weak little heart with love o'erladen — Empress of lovers' paradise. But if you're wise you will not linger, But leave your throne, take off your crcwiK.. Twenty lovers are sad false rovers, And only one true heart is found. You are the queen of lovers plentj, They kneel to you and kiss your hand Which if the one from out the twenty Will make yon queen of lovers' land? O, then be wise in time, fair maiden For twenty hearts are never true! Ono true heart is enough, sweet maiden, When that fond heart is true to jou. W. R. Wills.. Otahuliu, Jan. 21st, 1885.
