In this issue we give a letter from Dr Hovel, -of Coromanclel, speaking in highly eulogistic terms of a wonderful cure effected by Mr Milner Stephen. Those wishing to consult this marvellous healer should lose no time, and in order to make it as convenient as possible for patients, Mr Stephen has taken offices in Vulcan Lane, where he can be consulted daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
