NOTICE TO COUNTRY CORRESPONDENTS.
A gbeat deal of the matter inserted in this paper of late has clearly transgressed the rules at the bead of our country column. We have reiterated ad navseum that the columns of the paper are not intended as a vehicle for malice and petty, private grievances, and now that the New Year, 1885, has come, it is hoped that, our country contributors will adhere more closely to the rules. " Ring out the old, ring in the new.''
