Captain Lrcßor, of the Auckland Na.val Brigade, has kindly placed the Naval Pinnace, Gun, Crew, aud BAND at the service of the Committee for the day ; and the Brick and Tile Company have given the free use of the Grounds and Wharf for tents, &c. RULES (Special). Rules as to dimensions of boats, &c, same as the Auckland Rowing Association's rules. If only one boat enters, they will be allowed to take the first prize by going over the course. All the races, with the exception of the Whaleboat Race, will be straight away.
