In the event of a walk over, only 50 per cent, of stakes will be paid. No entry will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint and their decision shall be final. All protests may be accompanied with a deposit of 3 soys, which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club, should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
