The stout lady of Cambridge has found a tailor — one of Bryce's heroes, to compensate for the loss of the little tailores9...lke (3-ardner, of Kihikihi, denies the reported engagement between his sister and Mr Bowman... That was a salutary lesson the R.M. gave the Kihikihi larrikins. Great rejoicing about the telegraph office, especially when the camp belle was captured... A new phenomenon in Kihikihi, viz., fencing wire walks mysteriously by the light of the moon, whether by human influence or not, the police are trying to discover... Who is that nasal individual with an air of self-important ladidaism, that always blocks the way into a store and stares and gapes at ladies entering, much to their annoyance ?
