OBSERVER ART UNION.
An Art Union for valuable Works of Art, to be called " The Observer, Art Union," will (by the permission of the Hon. the Colonial Secretary) take place at this office on or about the 16th day of September, 1882. The following are the Rules : — 1. Each paper for thirteen weeks, 'commencing June 3rd, will contain a Coupon, aud thirteen of these Coupons, (of any date) being cut out and sent to this office, with twopenny stamp and the name and address of the sender, a ticket entitling the recipient to one chance in the Art Union will be forwarded by return po^t. 2. The proper name and address must be written olearly and fully on the Coupon 3. The Coupons must be neatly cut out round the black line, so as to be all the same size.
