Leave that girl alone, Charlie ! Why can't they get a choir in the church. A young lady here has expressed a wish that miners in their working clothes will not accost her. Was it that young surveyor who started the fashion of weaving cloth hats with the riuis turned down ? Is it not- strange that with so many bachelors up here, our young, ladies have to go to church without an escort ?
