Who was that greedy young fellow who ate the tarts the other day — eh, " joker " ? Fred has gone to Makarau, and has left the loved one behind. . Mrs 0. must hare .a nice time of it. Both Wed and the baby have got the whooping cough. The Angel's wish is gratified at last. Tom has shaved. The angel and the frog made a forced march the other day to " our Villiams." Old Jug bid desperately for a cradle at an auction in Auckland. What for ? Poor Grif ! No one lends him the Observer now.
