Notice is hereby given that the Ordinary Half-yearly General Meeting of the Shareholders of this Company will be held at the Company's office, Queen-street, Auckland, on MONDAY, April 10, 1882, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, to receive the Eeport and Balance-sheet for the half-year ending 28th February last, and to appoint two Auditors in the place of John Batger and T.
