No [entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition : That all disputes, &c, arising' out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision in all cases to be final. 2. Three horses to start, or no race. 3. Qualification. 10s. 4. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined fisovs. 5. All protests to be accompanied by a deposit of £1, to be forfeited should the protest be not sustained. 6. Local horses to be in the district and the hona fide property of residents at least one month before races. 7. All races under the A.R.3. Rules.
