CONSOLATION HANDICAP of— soys., for all beaten horses. Distance, 1 mile. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No [entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition : That all disputes, &c, arising' out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision in all cases to be final. 2. Three horses to start, or no race. 3. Qualification. 10s. 4. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined fisovs. 5. All protests to be accompanied by a deposit of £1, to be forfeited should the protest be not sustained. 6. Local horses to be in the district and the hona fide property of residents at least one month before races. 7. All races under the A.R.3. Rules. Entries for Panrnnre Handicap and Handicap Hurdle Race close at eight o'clock on Friday, 10th March. Weights to appear on Tuesday, 14fch March. Acceptances and general entries on 18th March. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the hon. secretary (as at foot), or to Mr William Percival, Queenstreet, with entrance money enclosed, and namo and age of horse and colour of rider A. J.
