Brigantines to allow no time to others than their own class. Topsail schooners to allow brigantines and their own class full time, and to allow fore-and-after's half time. Boat not to exceed more than 31 feet in length, beam uot less than 5 feet 8 iuches, and planking not less than three-eighths of an inch in thickness ; boat to bo fit for whaling purposes. — lst prize, £30, presented by Mr C. Entry night, Friday, 27th, from 8 to 10 p.m. All races will be started punctually to time Competitors not at the starting post at the time announced for the race will be disqualified. All races finish on south side of flagship. All vessels to enter on gross tonnage and registered rig. In all Yacht and Open Boat races ballast to be floored over and sealed down.
