After a twelve months' experience we are able to give unqualified approval. The blowings and glowings have given place to coolness, with tranquility of temper quite delightful} thereby preserving the alimentary functions in the happiest mood to do justice to the viands so admirably cooked by this felicitous exchange in the cuisine department. I find, on comparing the previous cost of fuel with the gas account, the result to be slightly in favour of the latter.
