The Te Puke Block, from its position and the superior quality of its soil, bids fair to shortly become one of the most Nourishing districts of the North Island, and will form the centre of a very large area of magnificent country now being negotiated for, and which will ere longbe open for settlement. It is contemplated shortly to connect Stewartstown with the Port of Tauranga by a Steam Tramway.Plans of the Township will shortly be ready for distribution.
