No entry will be received for any of the races except upon this condition : That all disputes claims, and objections arising out of the racinoshall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, lneir decision upon all points connected with •carrying out of this programme shall be final. All Races to be run under the V.R.C. Rules. Any Jockey riding except in the colours .entered Anil be fined 3 soys. No entry will he received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without beinc accompanied by the necessary amount of caslt Auckland cheques carry exchange. All persons intending to withdraw horses are requested to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales, one half-hour before starting. Any person neglectino- or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine, not exceeding 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soys., which sum will be forfeited to the Race Fund if the protest is not sustained. Owners of Horses who are not Members of the Club, pay 1 soy. qualification. Horses walking over, will receive 50 per cent, or the stakes. NO PERCENTAGE OFF WINNINGS.
