AUCKLAND, At the Police .Court, Robert Cler land, manager of the National Picture Theatre, was charged with publicly exhibiting ani. indecent picture and photograph exhibited a®- a poster in .the , vestibule of. the Theatre, advertising' the picture, "Queen of the. Sea." He was fined Wilson, S;M., said thalb one of the figures gave the impression of being a nude-woman. Im; his opinion; its exhibition! ml the circumstances had a mischevious 'tendency, and made the piicture ami indecent one. :
