. LONDON, July 8 The Daily Express' Berlin correspondent states that Hinden'bmrg-, in an autograph letter to Marshal Foch, appeals to his 'chdvalry to. persuade the Allies not to persist in their demand for Wilhelm's extradition, and offers to taike Wilhelm's place.
