Relief for Unemployed
MELBOUBNE, July 6 Mr. Watt announced that the Federal Governments had, prepared a comprehensive Scheme for the relief of distress, caused by unemployment as the result of the seamen's strike. A peace thanksgiving;, ©aomoti bo sincerely and fuinayersailly observed under the present conditions.
