At tlia Police 'Court Frank Albert Cooperl pleadted guilty, and was committed toi the Supreme Court for 1 senteridei on live charges of breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, including contratating deibrts without reasonable expectations of being able tqi pay, and not ikeepingi proper 'books. The .bankrupt, was previously bankrupt in Wellington in 1907, and subsequently obtained his; discharge there. . ■■.> . .-
