During the past foui' months New Zealand has exported 136,026 ounces of gold, valued at a drcroaso compared 1 with the corresponding period last yeiai* of 16,746 ounces valued-at £53.498."^The export of silv'ea 1 for the first fcur .montlis ' of the present year w!as 379,775 ounces, valued at £27,065, or 156.4C30z5i, of a Value of £15,773 less than for tlie ■oorr'esponding period of hist year. T%© quantity of gold exported last month was 18,081 ounces, valued at £71,659, or 20,715 oundpis, valued at £78,057 less than April, 1910. New 1 Zeialand also exported] 31,516 ounces of silver 1,-Tlalued at £3305 less thaii in' April of last yeiaa".
