Mk' Ilenuikjeir Hebiton has cabled to 3Vfr Thomas, Postmaster-General, congratulating him on the establishment
of penny postage. Mr Thomas hopes the day is not far distant ■when cables "will foci sent to England at 6d and oven 3d per -word.
