Gi^aoitham. re-mlai-'kirig tha* Uie Crown must show that tha accessory 'knew the murder hadl ktee committed!, adding it vras doubtful whether it could ibe proved that the' prisoners were escaping from justice.
Mr Bodkin, for the Grown, acquiesced.
The trial of the four for conspiracy to emtetr the shop is being proceeded with.
