Goulding's Alien Bill was read a second time in the House of. Commons. Mr Ramsay McDbnald siaid the idea of ifegistr&tion was absolutely alien to his cionceptions of British liberty, and -tbat the Llabour party | did not agree-.witli pj single! line of the Bill.
Mr "Winston Churchill said thiit the registration proposals wei'e impracticable.
The Bill was. sent to -thie GrauiwJ Committee. ■
