A movement is on foot in various parts of the Brtish Empire to make a Coronation gift to Kino 1 Gewtr'e V. from those of his subjects who are Uessed with the same Christian name a,y he bears.

His Excellency the fJwiernor proposes that a fund should be opened for the receipt of contributions fivm the New Zealand Georgm It is expected that an'anprenients will b:; made -to open special accounts in the towns throughout the Dominion so that contributions can be paid in in time or the fund to be available by June lit.
