MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
TO-DAY'S SITTING.
Mr Blurgieas presidlcd at the Magistrate's Court this morning and' heard the following casesJ:
-^-Selling Liquor on Sundays.— ■
James Gampny, licensee of the Whangjaniatal Hotel, pleaded guilty to two charges of sealing liquor on a Sunday and to one charge of selling liquor'to a Native for consumption off the premises, and was finled £2 on eiach of tlie first two charges with. costs and 20s for supplying the Native, with costs, the total costs, amounting to £3 17s lid. —Supplying Liquor 1 to Natives.—
Hiarry McGregor pleadled guilty to supplying liquor to Natives- and was fined 40s, with £1 17s costs.
Chairlea Pefceley pteadtid giiilty to supplying liquor to a Native and was fined 40a with M 19s costs.
