A curious position which arose at New Brighton last nig'hit in connection with the municipal polling lias been the subject of mucih comment this morningl. The ibooth was therefore locked up for the night and the polling is 'being 1 .continued today. At several of the largje city booths, pp.rtieiularly in Sydenham where the polling! was very lielavy in the evening", a large numbsr of voters were in danglerl of foeing crowded out.
